A great alternative to the basic flour and yeast recipe. I’m watching my carbs and it’s definitely going to be a hit at the dinner table tonight. Almond flour isn’t easy to find, but do your research and get some, you won’t be disappointed.

Seriously delicious and very similar to Pizza Express’ dough. I would recommend flipping the dough halfway through the first bake, as the top was crisp but the bottom a little soggy. Also, forget kneading by hand as it’s far too wet - I kneaded it in the mixing bowl using the back of a large wooden spoon. I’ll definitely cook this again.
