Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Drain the garbanzo beans in a fine-mesh sieve and rinse thoroughly with cold water. Turn garbanzo beans onto a clean dishcloth, and pat dry with paper towels.
