I’ve made this about 3 times. This time added chicken. Used Herdez green salsa and the other ingredients described . Also, added some ginger. Really good taste. The spicy flavor is good with this cold weather.

My noodles absorbed all the liquid. It tasted bland to me. so Im gonna saute the noodles and make pad thai.

It was great, I left out the salsa and pepper and my kids gobbled it up. I added a touch of sriracha to mine and it was delicious.

Unfortunately I added wayyy too many noodles but it was still great nonetheless :)

This was delicious! I’ve already made it twice! I left out the carrot and celery and added shredded chicken I also used jalapeño instead of Serrano. I’ll definitely be making this regularly!

I made a few modifications based on what I had and was delicious! Very versatile recipe!

So I’m a dork and had in my mind that this called for egg noodles... still very good! But as a spice o’holic this may have been a tiny bit too spicy. I served this with sliced avocado which was a welcoming relief to the spice. Next time I think I’ll use a jalapeño instead of the serrano pepper. Definitely making again though.

This soup is delicious! I made a few alterations, given what I had in my kitchen, which included some shredded chicken that I needed to use. I left out radish, carrot, onion powder and green onion, (just didn’t have them on hand). Instead I used a medium sized white onion chopped, shredded chicken and twice as much fresh garlic and fresh ginger than called for- the fresh minced ginger is a must! It’s nicely spicy and I imagine the original recipe is also delicious, with rice noodles rather than chicken. Fabulous! Though I’d certainly highlight, that my changes might not be ‘fat burning’ but certainly low fat and super satisfying.

Soup was very flavorful. perfect for a cold day! I was in a hurry, so I added shrimp and tuna instead.

I added a teaspoon of sugar and two teaspoons of corn flour to the recipe, and it turned out awesome! I added salsa ingredients instead of salsa.

This is a delicious soup. I did make some alterations. Needed it low sodium and not sure if the high sodium was from the 'red salsa ' so simply added salsa type ingredients instead of pre made (tomato, onion, jalapeno, lime, garlic, cilantro). Also increased the garlic by 2 cloves and 2 more for the 'salsa '. Flavor was great. Next time will add noodles separately to our bowls so they don't absorb all the broth. Will make again. Wasn't that hot but I did remove the seeds (but also had added a jalapeno for my 'salsa ').

Outstanding! This was one of the best soups. My son and I both loved it. It is our new favorite soup. Easy to make from start to finish. A delicious healthy soup for dinner. We can't wait to have it for lunch tomorrow. Thank you for the great recipe.
