  • 1 handful leafy greens (either fresh or frozen)
  • 2 scoops protein powder (your favorite, for whey allergies, use Collagen Peptides Protein)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 date
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt

    Turned out great. I used the NutriBullet and chocolate almond milk, so couldn't go wrong. I used Hemp powder instead of raw eggs.
