Very tasty, I added some sliced onions to the potatoes while frying,

Very good! I used a package of Little Potato Company small potatoes (ended up halving them). Needs a good 20 min. in the skillet (one time even added vegetable broth and covered to cook through and soften them enough). Topped with fresh chopped parsley and some Parmesan cheese at the end. We had this with steamed frozen broccoli and Quorn chicken nuggets for a pretty easy meal.

I only used 4 red skinned potatoes - chunked them and Mine turned out extremely delicious! I didn't have powered onion so I substituted Mrs. Dash extra spicy and I only used 1 tsp of Lawry's seasoned salt! Excellent!!
