Loved it. I added celery leaves n tofu & skipped garlic n onion. Reminded me of my moms cooking. Will do more European dishes bc of this one. Thank u!

Awesome flavor with very little salt. I used fresh tomato and added some left over zucchini and squash, and it turned out great. It took about 1.5 hrs for the water to absorb. Will definitely make again.
