This was my first time having farro. We gave it a go as part of our effort to introduce our babe to one hundred foods before she is one. We took her portion out before adding salt (she really like it - for those also on the baby-led weaning train). We also switched out the white wine for white wine vinegar. It was great! I’d definitely consider making it again.

I added back more stock then suggested and a lot more parm. Delicious. Will make it again.
