Perfect! Did not change a thing. Recipe halves well, and the bread is just right for a BLT with fried egg. I love that it’s not too sweet, and the crumb is not sticky at all.
Will make again for sure; in fact, I’m considering making this regularly instead of buying sandwich bread.
