Excellent! I added canned mushrooms and black olives. Meatloaf, as always seems the case to me, is better the second day. I could not detect the oatmeal filler in its taste. We need gluten and dairy free in our house so this fit the bill perfectly. Will definitely use as my go-to meatloaf recipe.
