This was great! I used aduki beans as that’s what I had in the pantry, and it was quite good (I like smaller beans). When I make it again, I may use some of the cool beans from Rancho Gordo, or great northern beans.

This soup is delicious.
I sub ingredients if I have things that need cooking from the fridge, and it’s delicious no matter what I include! My fave fall/winter meal last year. And “winter is coming.”
