- 6 oz. halloumi cheese (sliced into 1/2 inch thick slices)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 14 oz. artichoke hearts (can quartered, not marinated)
- 1 cup white corn (frozen sweet)
- 1 cup radicchio (sliced)
- 4 scallions (sliced)
- 1 1/2 cups low fat buttermilk
- 6 Tbsp. plain greek yogurt (nonfat or regular)
