Eggs fluffed up with Hellmann's mayonnaise, mixed with ham and mushrooms
Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 2 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise (dollops*)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 100 grams mushrooms
- 1 tomato
- 100 grams ham

Directions
- Cut the ingredients into cubes. Sauté them in a fry pan with the oil. When cooked,set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and whisk in the mayo. Add the vegetables into the bowl and mix well.
- Pour the mixture back into the pan and cook the omellette as usual, making sure it gets a nice golden colour on both sides.
