This is my old "go-to" fudge recipe for the holidays.

Ingredients

20 SERVINGS
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 3 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz. pkgs.)
- 1 jar marshmallow cream (7 oz.)
- 3 cups chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt

Directions
- Stir together margarine, sugar and milk in a heavy saucepan; bring to a full boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil 5 minutes over medium heat, or until candy thermometer reaches 234 ° F., stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
- Remove from heat. Gradually stir in chocolate until melted.
