This is a keeper. Lemon flavor is just right. Cake is moist and fluffy on the inside and the exterior is slightly crispy. Sugar your pan instead of flouring it as is does the same thing as flour but also adds a little bit of sweetness to the crispy exterior. I’ll be making this again real soon because this one will be all gone today.
