Wow. the difference here is the ability to add more cooking liquid rather than Mayo, so it is not drowned in mayo flavor. (not that there's anything wrong with that) so it is moist and delicious, and mayo adds rather than subdues it. i highly recommend this, although i admit i added pickles (dill) and a bit of apple. celery and considered water chestnuts... my favorites adds.

Super easy. Used leftover rotisserie chicken and added a little hot sauce.
