- 250 grams cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes, cut in 1/2)
- 2 avocados (ripe, halved, pitted and flesh diced)
- 2 pieces bacon (cooked until crisp and crumbled)
- 80 mL sour cream
- 120 mL mayonnaise
- 240 mL buttermilk
- 3 Tbsp. chives (freshly chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. Italian parsley leaves (freshly chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. dill (dried)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cracked black pepper (freshly)
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. garlic paste (5 cloves garlic smashed with the flat side of a knife and 1/2 tsp salt, to make paste)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (plus more for sprinkling)
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper (freshly)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. parsley (dried)
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 2 tsp. garlic paste (2 cloves garlic smashed with the flat side of a knife and a sprinkle of salt, to make paste)
