- 1 lb. ground beef (Chicken, Turkey, we love ground turkey)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (use any cooking oil you have on hand, it can also do without it)
- 1/8 cup garlic (Fresh, or to taste, you can substitute 1 tsp Garlic seasoning, fresh garlic is a well known ingredient in our home lol!)
- 2 Tbsp. ground cumin (if you don’t have this ingredient, get it! The flavor of this seasoning is versatile and a MUST for homemade Tacos)
- 1 tsp. chili powder (if you love spicy, add more! Less if you like mild)
- 1/8 cup fresh cilantro (or 2 Teaspoons Dried Cilantro, I keep dried cilantro around for this recipe, try NOT to skip this, its a distinctive flavor in tacos)
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt (or to taste, over salting ruins the seasoning flavor and it isn’t healthy for you)
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 white corn tortillas (Pack Soft)
- olive oil
