- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

- 3 red beets (thinly sliced)
- 3 yellow beets (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. crisps (artisan)
- 1 pkg. goat cheese
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme (chopped)
- 1 cup olives (mixed, I go to the olive bar at my local Loblaws)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. red chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- aged cheddar
- smoked cheddar (Applewood)
- herb cheese (Soft, spreadable)
- crisps
- crackers
- meats (Smoked)
- pepper jelly
- red wine (course!)
