  • 1 liter beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 1 sweet potatoes (large)
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery ribs
  • 3 cups kale (shredded)
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

    1. Peel and crush the garlic, and finely dice the onion.
