- 6 small red potatoes (halved, then sliced thin)
- 2 Tbsp. ghee (pastured, melted)
- house seasoning (click here for my simple recipe)
- 1 lb. bacon (pastured, cut into 1" strips)
- sea salt
- 10 oz. greens (field)
- 1/2 cup walnut halves (and pieces)
- crumbled feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. raw honey
- 2 Tbsp. shallot (minced)
- 1/2 cup walnut oil (I used this walnut oil)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
