This recipe turned out awesome! I made them for Super Bowl and was more than happy how they turned out.

Amazing! Will be a regular dinner. BBQ was too spicy for my kids but perfect for us.

This is a never miss recipe! My husband was not a fan of ribs until I made them this way. No he requests them... Often :-)

great recipe, awesome dish, and super tender and there was a lot of room for personal changes in ingredients for the supreme taste...
to prepare it is super easy and simple...

The cooking method was easy and it was literally falling off the bone tender. Very yummy. The suggested Chipotle Maple BBQ sauce left us wishing we had used something else. We will use the technique in this recipe again but definitely a different sauce. Also, we don't have access to a grill so we took Jasmin's advice from below and removed the foil after two hours, basted and baked uncovered for 15 minutes, then basted again and baked uncovered for another 15 minutes.

These are by far the best and the easiest ribs to make if you're going to use your oven. Instead of chipotle, I made my own dry rub and used Stubbs Sticky Sweet BBQ sauce to finish off the ribs. I took them out of the onion/beer mix and put them on a new baking pan, smothered them with the sauce, then broiled them for 10 min on each side. Use the BBQ sauce liberally but save some for dipping. Enjoy!

Awesome recipe, I used sweet baby rays bbq sauce and they turned it phenomenal. If you want the ribs a little sweeter instead of using beer use coke !

After using a few different people's recipe, I am so glad I found yours. All the other ones my ribs would come out chewy and not very good.
Now I do not have a grill so I cook mine in oven for two hours (undisturbed) then I add bbq sauce and cook for another 30 minutes adding more bbq sauce after 15.
Omgoodneed are they delicious!!! Fall of the bone and melt in your mouth.

Tender and delicious. I made my own version of the maple chipotle sauce which was delicious too. I will definitely use the recipe again.
