- 1 avocado (– peeled, pitted and diced, I use 2 because I love avocado)
- 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. raspberry jam (with seeds)
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- blue cheese crumbles
- 1 cup salad (Pizazz -Raspberry Cranberry Walnut Frisco, Or you can use 1/2 cup toasted chopped walnuts and 1/2 cup dried cranberries)
- Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste
