Great for meal prepping delicious lunches! I've made this recipe several times and it turns out great every time.

The box of Mediterranean food a here is a great concept...I am giving this a 3 stars due to the falafel ... followed this bloggers falafel recipe and it was much harder than I anticipated. I could not get the chickpeas to turn into a proper paste in my food processor, I could not get the right consistency of patties for frying, and ended up with a plate of super soggy, mushy patties and fried crumbs. Mostly just fried crumbs. I’ve never made falafel before, so my inexperience is part of the problem. I had only fried up half my patties at this point, so I put the remaining patties back in the bowl and add more flour. Kind of kneeding it in with my hands. The second half of my patties fried up very nicely!! But the whole process was so time-consuming that I doubt I’ll ever try it again.
