- 1 cup fat free yogurt (plain)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 6 whole wheat pita pockets (light, Weight Watchers brand recommended – only 3 P+)
