And the mix is really watery. Had to squeeze the patties half to death to get them to form. Baked they are very very dry. I think the 24 minute cook time is too much. See how they are when I put them in a sandwich with tahini sauce.
In terms of flavor, all I really got was the cayenne. And not much of that. Really bland.
