- 1 1/2 cans chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1 red onion (finely sliced)
- 1/2 green bell pepper (finely sliced)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (finely sliced)
- 2 green chilies (finely sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 2 cloves garlic (finely sliced)
- 1 tsp. tumeric
- 1 handful fresh coriander
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup gram flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (make sure GF)
- 3 red onions (finely chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar (natural)
- 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch cumin
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 2 potatoes (white, or you can use sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped into wedges)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (or whatever oil you have in, this is the only time I use oil is for these wedges)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. black pepper
