- 400 grams chickpeas (tin of, you can use dried if you have pre-soaked and cooked beforehand)

- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp. harissa (or Chilli powder)
- 3 Tbsp. plain flour
- 1 bunch coriander (Parsley or Basil)
