- 150 grams dried chickpeas
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 cumin (a teaspoon of)
- 2 cloves garlic
- cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. flour

Directions
- Start the day before by washing the chickpeas and soak them overnight.
- The next day drain them very well and add them into a food processor along with all the above ingredients.
- Put the falafel mixture in the fridge for 1 hour and after that, form patties to fry or grill them.
- In the meantime, slice some cucumber, tomatoes, and onion.
- Cook some fries to go along with the burgers.
