These falafel are one of my go to recipes! I put only half of the chickpeas to blend and I hand chop the rest for more texture. I always have to make a double batch for my family of 4. So delicious!

The reason your falafels are coming out mushy is because the recipe calls for canned chickpeas. You can’t make good falafel using canned chickpeas! Try this recipe again with dry chickpeas soaked overnight.

Flavor was OK, but they are too mushy. I increased the cumin, salt and pepper based on other reviews

Tasteless . Where are the spices ? Also way too much parsley. Fried for 3 minutes , burnt on the outside , mush on the inside .

i would double the amount of flour and add a tablespoon of olive oil to the food processor. helps keep it together. great flavor and easy to make!
