Loved it I did put it on a bed of onions though as felt it stuck to pan the 1st time I made it

Great recipe, added a teaspoon of cumin and it was perfect with a chilli sauce of ketchup and sriracha

Going to make again, didn’t find any minced lamb but food processor works great. Definitely going to double the recipe. Needs some type of sauce. Maybe go more gyro and add tzatziki

This came out really good- tastes just like a gyro. I put the spiced meat in the food processor so the texture was perfect
