Does anyone still have the directions for this? It looks great, I want to make it but the link is dead...

Very tasty!! I made this to eat on its own not put in fajitas (college budget, haha) and it was good although I did increase the measurements for most of the seasonings so it would hold up stronger as the main part of a meal. I think the recipe as it is written would be a little bland as it’s own meal, though I’m sure it would be great as intended (in fajitas or as a side dish)!

I’ve never been a big fan of Bell peppers but this was a game changer for me. I read in the reviews there needed to be a little more flavor. I decided to sauté the onions in the garlic and a table spoon of butter. As well as when the recipe calls for you to add all the seasonings I put a dash of Cheyenne pepper and paprika. It did not disappoint; so much flavor and goodness! My boyfriend cannot wait to have it again and neither can I.
