- 20 grams garlic (Peeled, minced)

- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (divided)
- 1 Tbsp. seasoning (Chili Lime, I used Trader Joe's, chili powder + lime juice works)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 cup instant rice (or your choice of rice)
- 15 oz. black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 15 oz. whole kernel corn (drained and rinsed)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice (optional)
