Recipe is easy to follow. Ended up needing to fry the bananas longer than the chef recommended (to get crispier skins).
Definitely would go great on ice cream or something... not my favorite taste as a standalone snack (also don't expect these to keep- youll need to eat whatever you make)

Definitely DON'T use ripe Bananas. Too soft. Still taste great, just more troublesome

I personally preferred the bananas plain without the honey and cinnamon

The banana does need to be a bit less ripe. Like some of the other reviews, it was slightly mushy. Other than that, the flavor was great. I put it over a slice of toasted brioche bread with almond butter and drizzled a tiny bit of sweet organic condensed milk. Great for a dessert or sweet snack.

I loved the way this turned out, but my bananas didn’t get crispy. I think I may have added a little too much olive oil, maybe that’s why?

Bananas stuck to the pan really bad, peeling off the fried part when trying to “be sure they didn’t stick”, so they ended up mostly unfried with fried banana pieces mixed in. Taste wasn’t what I was hoping for, but wasn’t bad. My 3 year old didn’t even like them & she loves bananas, honey,....and like many kids, just sweets in general.

loved this recipe! bananas had nice flavor, loved the little crispness on the outside.

These were easy to make and delicious I paired with some ice cream for a decadent palate

it was soggy, almost like pudding. but I might have added too much honey/water to cause this.
The taste was good but after a few bites I got tired of it.

This was a good recipe since it was sweet enough, not too much, though. Very fast and practical. I will definitely cook it again.

it turned out good but I only used half of what it called for of the cinnamon. we will be putting it on peanut butter toast next

The flavor was really good but they did not brown and crisp despite lifting them to prevent sticking

A good idea when I need a healthy sweet. I would've liked the bananas more crispy but bananas don't ever really get crispy anyways. So I might retry this recipe with different things to get that crunch. Maybe apples? Also, I mixed a teaspoon of sugar with the cinnamon for an extra taste!

It was very yummy. The carmelization is delicious. I put it on some buttered bread, but also had some on a spoon. Great both ways!

This didnt turn out the way we wanted it to. We thought it would be more crispy but it tasted like hot bannana mush.
