  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 20 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 egg

    Directions

    1. PLACE Crispy Fried Onions and flour into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
    2. DIP chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.
    3. BAKE at 350°F for 20 min. or until no longer pink in center.

    It was very moist, and the coating was good. I would recommend more seasoning, as mine was rather bland. Overall good.

    I followed the recipe exactly and dinner was delicious! I did use boneless/skinless chicken thighs and cooked them on a rack on the pan, so they crisped up all around. I’ll be making this again!
