- 2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 20 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 egg

Directions
- PLACE Crispy Fried Onions and flour into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
- DIP chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.
- BAKE at 350°F for 20 min. or until no longer pink in center.

It was very moist, and the coating was good. I would recommend more seasoning, as mine was rather bland. Overall good.

I followed the recipe exactly and dinner was delicious! I did use boneless/skinless chicken thighs and cooked them on a rack on the pan, so they crisped up all around. I’ll be making this again!
