This is something you make the night before and bake the following morning. You could add blueberries, banana slices, pecans, or even cooked bacon in the middle, or try peaches on the bottom if you'd like. There are many variations you could try such as using gluten-free bread, substituting coconut oil in place of butter, or serving it with honey instead of maple syrup.
- Melt butter in microwave & add brown sugar....stir till mixed.
- Pour butter/sugar mix into bottom of 9 x 13 pan....spread around.
- Beat eggs, milk, & vanilla
