It was ok... I double it to make 2. I’d make again it’s a good way to make a healthy pancake

So good and easy to prepare! I used quick oats instead of instant and threw everything except the blueberries in the food processor then mixed the blueberries in by hand. Great high protein weekend treat! Even my kids loved them!
