I made this last night and they were amazing. I did my own take on it as I’m just one of those people that make a recipe and put my little twist on it. I can’t help it. I used brown sugar instead of white. I also used vanilla and banana extract and put the mixture in a piping bag and filled mini bread loaf silicone cups. I also made homemade butter to spread on them and it was so delicious 🤤

It was really good but I don’t know what I did wrong because it collapsed and then had a hard time cooking in the middle. But when it sat it became the most moist banana bread ever made. I added in a bunch of dry fruit to it too so it was almost fruitcake like.

Turned out amazing and moist and super delicious!! I doubled the recipe cause I had 10 overripe bananas. Other than not buttering the bottom of my pan enough, apparently, they’re perfect!

This is delicious. i was afraid it wouldn’t be good because it was so dark out of the oven but i was wrong.

Too sweet. Tasted more like a dessert than bread. Next time I make it, I’ll have to use at least half the sugar that the recipe called for.
Otherwise it was good.

Fantastic! I did not deviate from the recipe at all, and the banana bread came out exceptionally delicious. My wife who is usually a good critic and stark raving fan of banana nut bread loved every morsel. You and your family will enjoy this recipe!

This banana nut bread is exactly how I remember my aunt making it when I was a child. It had a moist, soft center and a perfect crust on the outside. I had more batter than my loaf pan would hold, so I made 4 muffins as well.

Excellent recipe. I prepared this bread in a long pan and served it to some international colleagues. They loved it. Most of the women wanted the recipe. Moist and delicious.

Great! I didn’t have butter so substituted coconut oil & vegetable shortening. Also, I only had one banana so added yogurt & ricotta. I also added chocolate chunks and a little coffee. Wow, really delish’!!!
