- 1 lobster (cooked and shelled)
- 1 slice mango (ripe)
- 2 Tbsp. yogurt (Fjord)
- 1/4 tsp. curry
- 1/4 tsp. lime zest (finely grated)
- sea salt
- arugula (or mesclun salad mix)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. lime juice

Directions
- In a blender, mix the yogurt, curry powder, lemon zest, and diced mango. Mix well. Season to taste. Cut lobster in chunks and mix with the mango sauce.
- In a separate bowl, mix the salad with olive oil, lemon juice, and sea salt to taste.
- In pretty glasses, place the lobster on top of the the salad. Serve immediately.
