Delicious! It tastes just as good, if not better, than any other cornbread recipe I've made. It was easy and quick to make, and I loved the flavor of the yogurt.

I would probably give this 3-4 stars if based on flavor/texture alone but because it is such a great healthy version I have to go 5 stars. I did add a couple of tablespoons of water towards the end of mixing as it was too dry to completely blend.
