- 3 1/4 tsp. instant yeast (Fleischmann’s, or 1 envelope active dry yeast)
- 240 mL warm water (very, 120-130F, 50-55C)
- 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil (like canola or sunflower)
- 2 whole eggs (+ 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten, save two tablespoons for glazing the loaf)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds (for sprinkling on top)
