Excellent bagels. I tried a couple recipes before finding this one. This recipe takes a few more steps, but well worth the effort. I like that it can rest in the fridge for up to two days. I did get 18 bagels from this batch instead of 12. They freeze well and toast nicely. I did leave them plain instead of adding seasoning on top.
