- 5 cups bread flour (or all purpose)
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 cup liquid honey
- 16 cups water (16 cups = 1 gallon)
