This salad is delicious! I browned a couple of cloves of chopped garlic then toasted the slivered almonds in it. I also put in some halved red grapes, for something sweet, as suggested by the other review. I think either way would be good though. It’s easy to change up. hope it holds well, because I made a lot!!
—-Update - yup! This salad holds great! It’s just day 2 and I tossed in some blueberries and avocado, some more lemon dressing, and topped it with a spicy chicken thigh.. I served it to friend and she agreed, it’s an impressive recipe!

Perfect! Great as is, or mix it up with other goodies like Craisins or tangerine wedges.
