Bland! Boring! Needs spicing up and a flavor boost. Chicken was very good in spite of rub failure; moist and tender. No one liked the sauce.

Great wings on their own, but also good with wing sauce and blue cheese dressing. Used half of the cayenne pepper. Dried the wings and shook in large Baggie with the rub to coat. Put on the grate, and then sprayed with oil on both sides (probably less oil than in this recipe). Fantastic!

These are great! Crispy and cooks in a little over an hour. Wonderful meal, even with less ingredients! Will make again.
