    I used low sodium soy sauce and perhaps a bit more mushrooms then the recipe calls for & there was still plenty of liquid to marinate everything just right

    Yummy! I was worried that it might be too salty using 3 tablespoons of soy sauce but the mirin must've cut it. Oh and I also used low sodium soy sauce. Anyways it's a super easy tasty recipe. I ate it with steamed rice
