I absolutely love the flavour and it is so easy to make. I experimented with using 1/4 honey instead of sugar. I got the toffee flavour, but my ratio of honey to butter was definitely off. If I make this again I will use at least 1/2 honey instead of sugar. May try and find a paleo recipe instead of experimenting myself.
