Fine texture, and yes - I weigh my ingredients, it matters! Enjoyed with Meyer Lemon Curd - delish! Very easy to assemble and gorgeous bake!

They were super easy to make and quick and taste great. Next time I might add some sort of fruit like blueberries or cranberries.

Next time, I might just save 1 tablespoon of milk/egg mixture to brush on the tops and put the rest in. But the were really good as is!

Lovely recipe. The food processor makes it easy to do and the texture is amazing. Maybe a squeeze of lemon would as a bit to the flavor. Highly recommend this recipe.

I am going to use 4 tablespoons of butter next time. They are a bit short for me. I'd like them to be a bit more fluffy. But they were still yummy! Hah hah.
