Delicious recipe! I use an extra tbsp of orange juice, and add a dash of cinnamon. Super yummy as is or slightly altered!

I make these all the time. So quick and easy, and uses ingredients I always have in hand. Lower fat and calories than most scone recipes, but equally good. Sometimes I swap out the orange juice and instead use some almond or maple flavoring.

These scones compliment any tea party or social gathering perfectly as they aren't too sweet or too dry. Also, they taste amazing with clotted cream! I did, however, abstain from rolling these out on a floured surface, and instead just formed them with my hand, and it turned out well!
