Nice little bread. I guess it has more of an English muffin texture but I wouldn’t say it’s exactly the same flavor- still tasty, though. Mine took a lot longer for its first rise but that’s to be expected as I never use warm water, or in this case, milk. A longer rise yields better flavor anyway. Also used skim because it’s what I had; guess it could make a bit of a difference for the flavor.
