Simple and easy, did add about a tablespoon of coconut oil because I didn't put water on the dates or cook them, added a dash of vanilla extract too. Delicious 😉

Love this recipe, yummy and simple to make and my kids love it also. I made the energy balls without baking, rolled half with coconut (my favorite) and the other half with cocoa (my youngest daughter’s favorite).
